Samples of students' work
This section contains samples of my students' work from different levels. For each sample, a video compilation is followed by a short description of the task or unit (click on the videos to watch them).
Recipes and food workshops
This is a grade 6 intensive activity that is part of the Dream school stations. Students reinvest vocabulary and take part in oral interaction by cooperating for the recipe and building segments. Finally, students are instantly rewarded for their good work by eating their 'dream' school!
Thanksgiving rafts
This is another grade 6 intensive unit which was discussed in the My competencies section. Students had to reinvest knowledge from the Thanksgiving unit as a final task in which they cooperated as a group to create a 'raft' that represented one of the three following scenarios:

- The Pilgrims' perilous voyage on the Mayweather
- The Pilgrims' first encounter with the Indigenous people
- The first Thanksgiving feast as envisioned by the students
Spy gadgets
This is a sample from my secondary 2 groups' Spy Gadgets project in which they had to design a new gadget or repurpose an existing item into a gadget and create a 'commercial' pamphlet for it using the software of their choice. They also had to write about how their gadget is engineered and the materials necessary for its production. Moreover, the also had to write about how they would use their gadget on a mission, if they were a spy. This was the final task from the Spies unit.
Create your own Board Game!
For this task, my secondary 2 students had to work in small groups to create their own board game. First, they had to brainstorm and do research on a real board game that they would like to base theirs on. Afterwards, they had to create everything from scratch! From the board itself, to the question cards, instructions, and even the pawns! Finally, they had a whole period to play each others' games and evaluate their peers on a fun factor.
